Pima & Upland Cotton

Pima & Upland Cotton

Pima & Upland Cotton in the Garden

The  pima and upland cotton plants are sharing space with our vegetable garden. Hopefully, the cotton plants and tomato plants get along and share the garden space.

We decided to grow some of our cotton in the garden to see what area works best: pots or the garden.  The pima and upland cotton seem to be slow growing compared to our green and brown cotton plants.  These photos were taken on May 31st right after we removed their Kozy Coats. Since our weather has been very warm in the 90’s, our cotton should be very happy.
